RETURNS 

Returns can only be made if the item has been unused and is still in the original packaging it arrived in.

Tanning sprays and juicy drops are not eligible for a return, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

 

Returning an unwanted item? 

Unwanted items need to be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

It is your responsibility to pay for the cost of an unwanted item to be returned to us. Therefore, it is also your responsibility to ensure the product arrives back to us in the same condition it arrived. If it arrives back to us in a poor or unsaleable condition, a refund may not be possible. Ensure you get proof of postage in case you need to get in contact with us about your return.

Please note, that if you are sending back an item due to a change of mind, the original cost of postage will not be refunded.

 

Returning a faulty or incorrect item?

We are sorry you have received an order that is either incorrect or faulty. We need to be notified of any order discrepancies within 14 days of you receiving your order.

If the item we have sent is incorrect, we will arrange for the correct product to be shipped out to you ASAP, we will provide you with a free returns label. You would need to place the return label over the label that was originally on the package and drop off the parcel at your local post office where they will scan the item and give you proof of postage. This proof of postage should be kept safe until we have received the item back to us in case of any delays or losses.

If an item is faulty, we will replace the item ASAP. Depending on what the item is that is faulty, we may ask for it to be returned to us, or for you to dispose of that product accordingly.

If we ask for it to be returned, we will arrange for this return, and it will be at no cost to you. If your order is eligible for a return, then please contact us.

 

REFUNDS

I’ve requested for my order to be returned; when will I get a refund?

Once your order has been returned to us, we will check to make sure that everything you have returned is in the same condition it was sent out in. When we have confirmed everything is in good condition to warrant a return, we will issue the refund. It is your responsibility to ensure that any returns arrive back to us.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once a refund has been issued, please allow up to 7 working days for it to show back in your bank.
