All orders will be shipped Monday – Friday. Please allow up to 1 day for your order to be processed and up to 2 working days to be delivered depending on delivery method.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Tracked delivery aimed to deliver within 2 working days after your order has been processed. 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Tracked delivery aimed to deliver the next working day after your order has been processed. 

Free Shipping – If your order qualifies for free shipping, this will be sent out via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information. Paradise Tan will not be responsible for any orders that have been confirmed as delivered by Royal Mail but reported as stolen or lost by the customer.
